PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at least two separated life insurance plans having mutually related insurance contracts with respect to the one or plural same persons to be insured. SOLUTION: A contract is prepared by using life insurance product data. A death benefit, a premium obligation and a contract cancellation repayment in the case that it is present are distributed among two or three or more contracts for allocating further more of the premium obligation to one or plural contracts and allocating further more of the death benefit and the contract cancellation repayment in the case that it is present to one or plural remaining contracts. Not only typical auxiliary clauses but also a nonforfeiture clause and contract cancellation regulations can be added to one or all of the contracts. The death benefit and the contract cancellation repayment of the contract are the functions of a premium paid for all the contracts. |
