PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and to improve the productivity of a laser/detector hybrid device. SOLUTION: A reflection mirror 600 is integrated into an optical detector chip 620. Laser light beams are irradiated toward the grooves cut on the chip 620 and emitted along the surface of the chip 620. The mirror 660 is mounted in the grooves and has a corrugated structure for reflecting the beams, and at the same time, to convert the beams into plural light beams. The beams reflected by a medium 690 are directed toward the direction of an optical detector element 700, in the inside of the device by a hologram element 650. |
