<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer board where the electrical capacity of a high electric capacity insulating layer can be improved much more. SOLUTION: A high electrical capacity insulating layer 2 containing polymer having a cyano group in a side chain is formed between a first conductor layer 3 and a second conductor layer 4. A capacitor is formed in the first conductor layer 3, the second conductor layer 4 and the high electric capacity insulating layer 2. When a lead connected to the power source-side of the electronic components of digital IC and the like is loaded on the multilayer board 1, so that it is connected to the first conductor layer 3 of the multilayer board 1 and the lead of the ground-side of the electronic parts of digital IC and the like to the second conductor layer 4 of the multilayer board 1, malfunctions and noise are prevented. The electrical capacit of the capacitor formed in the first conductor layer 3, the second conductor layer 4 and the high electrical capacity insulating layer 2 can be improved in the high electrical capacity insulating layer 2 where polymer having the cyano group on the side chain is mixed. The effect of preventing the malfunction and the noise of the electronic parts of digital IC and the like, which are loaded on the multilayer board 1, can be made superior.</p> |
