The current-conducting materials are operable as electrical resistance heating and on the contact and binding layer (2) is adhered a cover layer (5) comprising a heat-conducting plate-shaped lining. As a support plate, a vacuumed vacuum heat insulating plate is provided with a vacuum-tight casing of refined steel plate and filled with a microporous heat insulating material. The vacuum heat insulating plate has a heat conductivity in accordance with German Industrial Standard DIN 52612 of less than 0.01 W/mK. The support plates have a thickness of 10-40 mm and as heat insulating material contain micro-glass fibres, powder-form inorganic oxide, micro-silica and/or infusorial earth. |
