PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occupying space of a drive circuit for vibrating actuator by constituting pulse generating means or the rotating speed control means of a vibrating actuator, and a power amplifying means on a single heat radiating means made of a metal, etc. SOLUTION: A plurality of pulse generating means 2, the half-bridge circuit 3 of a power amplifying means, and a control circuit 34 of rotation control means for vibrating type actuator are constituted of a single silicon IC chip. The pulse generating means 2 and half-bridge circuit 3 are connected electrically to the electrodes 4 of the control circuit 34 through bonding wires of aluminum, etc. The circuit on the metal or ceramic plate of a heat radiating means is coated with a resin member except for a part of a ceramic. The pulse generating means 2 supply 5 V power from the electrode 4-2 of the control circuit 34, and signals for setting two-phase pulse frequency outputted from the means 2 are supplied to an electrode 4-8 of the circuit 34. The two-phase pulse signals from the pulse generating means 2 are connected to the half-bridge circuit 3, which works as an amplifier circuit via the bonding wires and are outputted from the electrodes 4-6 and 4-7 of the control circuit 34, after power amplification. |
