PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aloe solution, capable of producing the transparent aloe solution having a high aloe extract-dissolving effect, scarcely containing the residues of green aloe leaves and having excellent preservability. SOLUTION: This method for producing an aloe solution comprises a process for cutting off the pickles of the green leaves of aloe, a process for slicing the pickle-removed green leaves in a prescribed width, a process for adding a prescribed amount of water to a prescribe amount of the sliced green leaves and subsequently boiling the mixture of the green leaves with the water under pressurization to produce the aloe solution containing the eluted aloe extract, a process for filtering the produced aloe solution and subsequently leaving the aloe solution at a low temperature to precipitate impurities in the aloe solution, and a process for removing the precipitated impurities, again boiling the aloe solution and then filtering the aloe solution. |
