Each of two anchor pins (1) holding at least one end of the fixture has one end anchored into a hole in a side surface of a tooth adjoining a gap (3) between teeth (4,5). The other end protruding from the hole is joined to the tooth prosthesis (2). Both anchor pins at the end (2a) of the tooth prosthesis are positioned on a horizontal plane (6) behind each other in the tooth's side surface (4a,5a). The protruding conical end has its' point facing the tooth's side surface The prosthesis on at least one of the oral end sides (2a) has a matching conical-sectioned cavity (13) slid over the cone from the vestibular side. The remaining hollow is filled with a dental filler from the oral side.
