A method is described for the synthesis and compositions of matt/satin aqueous dispersions of colours, with low side lustre and improved ability of the titanium dioxide granules to radiate light. The improved coverage of the titanium dioxide at a particular value of side lustre, is achieved, on one hand, by using roasted porous diatomite and on the other, by a suitable combination of pigment mixture, suitable granulometric composition and structure in a ratio by volume between them of 18/82 to 60/40. The PVC of the colours is between 40% and 60%. |
