PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent electrolyte resistance characteristic while keeping the adhesion between a paste containing an active material and a current collector to simultaneously satisfy the rate characteristic and the capacity and life characteristic by supporting an electrode layer containing the active material, a copolymer of a prescribed monomer with olefin and a nonaqueous electrolyte on the current collector in at least one electrode of a positive electrode and a negative electrode. SOLUTION: A monomer represented by the formula is used. In the formula, R and X represent H or a substituent consisting of a hydrocarbon compound, and (n) represents a natural number. The content of the copolymer is set to l-20 wt.%. The generating element 1 of a thin battery comprises a negative electrode 4 having a structure of supporting negative electrode layers 2 on both sides of a porous current collector 3, and two positive electrodes 5 laminated on both sides of the negative electrode 4 through electrolytic layers 6. The positive electrode 5 has a structure of supporting positive electrode layers 7 on both sides of a porous current collector 3. The current collector 3 of the negative electrode 4 has a negative electrode terminal 9, and the current collector of the positive electrode 5 has a positive electrode terminal 10. |
