PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded product having required strength and good appearance even if other reinforcing material is not together used and to prevent that glass fibers twine round a manufacturing apparatus to deteriorate productivity. SOLUTION: Thermoplastic resin layers are formed on the respective inner surfaces of thermoplastic resin films 6, 8 and glass fibers 9 with a filament diameter of 6-16μm, the Tex per one strand of 10-100 and a cut length of 500-4000mm are dispersed in spiral random directions to be accumulated on the resin layer of one film 8 and the inner surfaces of the films 6, 8 are mutually bonded and glass fibers are impregnated with a resin and aged to obtain SMC. |
