摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict an influence of a differential pressure sensor due to ambient temperature and an influence with the lapse of time, and accurately detect an air amount in an air vent passage. SOLUTION: A differential pressure sensor is disposed in an air duel of a ventilating apparatus, and the differential pressure sensor outputs a differential pressure signal 'V' with a voltage level in response to an air volume in the air duct. With the construction a fan motor is switched off, and the differential pressure signal 'V' in the state where the air vent is closed is stored in an EEPROM (step S7), and the differential pressure signal 'V' upon closure is subtracted from the differential pressure signal 'V' upon opening of the air duct (step S13). The fan motor is controlled in its revolutional speed based upon a subtraction result out the differential pressure signals 'V' (steps S15, S17 to S19), and hence the air amount in the air duct is adjusted.
