The air in the condensor and in the installation is so far removed by a rotary slider pump driven by gas ballast and constantly revolving that the partial pressure of the non-condensable gas does not exceed 10 Pa. The energy supply is by hot water heat exchanger and/or by microwave. The condensor, particularly in the case of hot water heating, is thermically insulated from the processing chamber.
