<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus effectively utilizing the heat energy of a cooling device and reducing the power consumption of a primary heating device. SOLUTION: A film laminating apparatus is equipped with a primary heating device 2 consisting of a plurality of heating rolls for preheating a metal sheet, nip rolls for laminating a plastic film to the metal sheet, a secondary heating device re-heating the film laminated metal sheet and the cooling water circulating circuit 10 for cooling the secondary heating device 4 and the heating roll on the inlet side of the primary heating device 2 is constituted of a hot water heating roll 21. The hot water after the secondary heating device 4 is cooled is supplied to the inlet side heating roll from the hot water recovery pipeline 12 of the cooling water circulating circuit 10 to heat the metal sheet from room temp. to about 50-60 deg.C. Therefore, the power consumption in the electric heating roll of a rear stage can be reduced.</p> |
