PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the running cost in a simple process by filling a liquid of the specified quantity in a covered container, heating the liquid, and foaming a thermoplastic synthetic resin film outside a body part except a liquid-filled part to form a foamed heat insulation layer outside the container body part. SOLUTION: Before heating, a liquid of a specified quantity is filled in a container 1a. When the container 1a is heated, the temperature of the liquid inside the container does not exceed 100 deg.C, and a part of the body 2 of the container in contact with the liquid is not hot at the body 2 of the container, and a covered thermoplastic synthetic resin film is not foamed. However, in a part above the liquid level, and a return part of a container bottom part 3, the container 1a is sufficiently heated to be hot, and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is foamed. Thus, the thermoplastic synthetic resin film except at the liquid-filled part out of the body part 2 of the container is foamed, a foamed heat insulation layer 10a is formed, and the container 1a in which the foamed heat insulation layer 10a is formed on only a part of the container is manufactured. |
