PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a prepreg for molding a laminate having little air gaps without necessity of treating a large quantity of solvent. SOLUTION: The degassing apparatus comprises a pressure reduced chamber 2 having six rolls 1. The respective rolls rotate at adjacent rolls in an opposite directions in the state the peripheries of the rolls are brought into close contact with each other. An inlet portion 3 is constituted by a pair of the rolls rotating to be retracted in the reduced chamber, and an outlet portion 4 is constituted by a pair of rolls rotating to be drawn out of the chamber. A heating means is contained in the rolls for constituting the portion 4. A lengthy sheet-like fibrous base material is continuously impregnated with thermosetting resin, dried, a prepreg for advancing curing of the thermosetting to a B stage is prepared, the prepreg 5 is heated and compressed at the time of drawing the prepreg 5 from the portion 4. |
