PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating a grain raw material, solving problems, such as the stickiness, irregular water content and local caking of the grain raw material caused by burying a pipe in the grain raw material. SOLUTION: This device for treating a grain raw material has a rotary vessel/in which a pipe for supplying water, steam, or the like, is disposed to treat the grain raw material with the water, the steam, or the like. Therein, a pipe 2 for supplying the water, the stream, or the like, is eccentrically disposed above the rotation shaft 3 of the rotary vessel 1. |
