PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for endoscope with which a medicine can be injected into the desired vas even without inserting a distal end to that vas. SOLUTION: Concerning a treatment instrument for endoscope which is inserted to the vas so as to inject the medicine from an opening formed at its distal end part, a distal end chip 3 for closing for occluding one part of the vas, to which a flexible sheath 2 is inserted, is provided at the distal end of that flexible sheath 2 and while being located on the front side rather than the position of this distal end chip 3, an opening part 12 turned toward the side in the lengthwise direction of the flexible sheath 2 is provided at any arbitrary angle. One part of the vas, to which this instrument is inserted, is occulted with the distal end chip 3 provided at the top end of the flexible sheath 2 and the medicine is injected through the opening 12 into the vas branched in front of this part. |
