PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively separate organic matters from an organic matter- containing liquid such as distilled residue liquid of low class distilled spirits without heating. SOLUTION: In a distilled residue treatment system 10, a distilled residue is crushed to superfine particles with a crusher 16, while the raw liquid is mixed ozone, etc., and the organic maters are made easy to settle and are settled in a separation tank 18 and the settled product is pressed under high pressure with a press device 20 to be separated to pressed liquid and a solid 21 consisting of the organic matters. A carbonizing device 22 for exposing the solids generated with this press device 20 to dry vapor at 300-500 deg.C to carbonize them may be provided. |
