The invention discloses a high-sensitivity luminescence quenching oxygen sensitive material, which is obtained by immobilizing an oxygen-quench luminescence substance on the moulded inorganic or organic solid materials using physico-chemical combination. The physico-chemical combination comprises adsorption, ion exchange and chemical binding, thereby immobilizing the luminescence substance on the surface or in the porous structure of the solid material. For the oxygen sensitive material provided in this invention, the sensitivity of the oxygen measurement is greatly increased, thanks to the improvement of dispersion and combination of its luminescence substance in the solid materials and thus the effectiveness of its reaction with oxygen is raised.
