Twin gear pulley arrangement

A drive pulley (16) has an outer section for receiving the input torque and a support section with several support arms. The support arms so collaborate that generally a circuit coaxial to the outer section is formed. Several rollers are rotatably held on the support arms. A brake part (15) is rotatably held in relation to the drive pulley and has sections which fix a first running ring (18) in contact with the rollers.
