SUBSTANCE: described is balistite fuel combustion rate modifier which comprises cyclotetramethylene tetranitroamine and further comprises gamma-polyoxymethylene, ratios of components being as follows, 1 wt %; cyclotetramethylene tetranitroamine, 35.0-55.0; and the gamma-polyoxymethylene balance.
