PURPOSE:To improve a bubble transfer characteristic through getting rid of a stage difference of a soft ferromagnetic substance pattern, by dividing electric conductor patterns which exist directly below a minor loop group, to pattern groups which have been mutually insulated through providing a space at every 1-several loops. CONSTITUTION:Electric conductor patterns 13a between electric conductors 11 conducting a transfer-in electric current and electric conductors 12 conducting a replicate/transfer-out electric current, which exist directly below a minor loop group, is divided into pattern groups which have been mutually insulated through providing spaces 13b at every 1- several loops. In this way, a fault generation rate of a magnetic bubble memory element is considerably decreased, and its productivity can be elevated. |
