PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the setting of the type of programs which cannot be listened to a receiver by discriminating whether the programs can be actually selected (supported) or not at the time of setting the type of these programs desired to listen. SOLUTION: When a PTY search is started, it is retrieved whether a service next to the current service coincides with a designated PTY or not. Then, it is discriminated whether the order of a service id out of information of a next selected ensemble coincides with the PTY designated as of the leading service or not and if they coincide, the sounds of a component set as the primary are reproduced. If they don't coincide, PTY comparison is performed for the next service in the same manner. If the designated PTY is not found even when the retrieval is advanced up to the front of the last service by one, the error is displayed, and the last service is selected and reproduced. |
