PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of other works executed by an operator by providing a communication equipment which can be connected to the communication line such as a telephone line, possessing the equipment with a notice mode to an extension telephone number inputted by the operator and informing the extension telephone number of the worker about the change of an operation state by message and voice. SOLUTION: An extension number and an ID number are inputted in accordance with the setting order of an abnormality time extension notice on the operation part display screen 1 of a copying machine. A copying mode and the number of pieces are set and a copying operation is started. When the absence of toner is detected by the level of a toner remaining quantity detection sensor 5 at the developer part in the copying machine, for example, a toner absence signal is outputted from the sensor 5 to sequence CPU of a controller 2. Sequence CPU 3 receives the toner absence signal, lights the absence of toner on the operation part display screen 1 and sets a private line originating mode. Remote diagnosis CPU 6 uses a private line and emits the inputted extension number. |
