PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a therapeutic laser beam from being radiated while a focus shift position different from the aimed one is set by warning an operator when no signal is inputted from an adjustment/confirmation signal input means against the input of the instruction signal of an instruction means. SOLUTION: The adjusting direction and adjusted quantity of a focus shift adjusting knob 41 are detected by a potentiomer 42, and the detection signal is inputted to a control part 40. The control part 40 shifts the focus position of the laser beam from a laser light source 1 guided to a diseased section to the focus position of aiming light and sends the adjustment signal or confirmation signal when the focus position of the shifted laser beam is adjusted to an instruction means. The instruction means instructs the radiation of a laser beam and warns an operator with a warning means 46 when no signal is received from an adjustment/confirmation signal input means against the input of the instruction signal. |
