<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure the direct contact area of a copper tube a cylindrical heat exchanger main body in a cylindrical heat exchanger, and to obtain sufficient heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: By crushing the copper tube 12 into which a heating medium is circulated and supplied, from the outside toward the inside of the tube, a continuous flat part 12b is formed on this copper tube 12 in the longitudinal direction. Also, it is set so that the flat part 12b of this copper tube is joined to a mounting surface 11a on the outside of the cylindrical heat exchanger main body 11, and by winding the copper tube 12 on the heat exchanger main body 11, the flat part 12b of the copper tube is brazed to the mounting surface 11a on the outside of the heat exchanger main body, and is fixed. After that, by injecting pressurized fluid into the copper tube 12, and by swelling and deforming the copper tub 12 from the inside toward the outside, the cylindrical heat exchanger is manufactured.</p> |
