PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property by compiling and processing the related data of the building construction starting preparatory work with a computer, and outputting the data required for the building construction starting implementation work. SOLUTION: Pre-starting work related input data are inputted and compiled in a computer main body 1, and prestarting work related output data are outputted by a display screen 2 and peripheral apparatuses 3. The prestarting work related input data include the surveyed data (a) of a construction planned land, image data (b) of the construction planned land and a peripheral land photographed by a video camera, the exterior data (c) related to the exterior gardening of a building, the building data (d) such as building drawings, and house guide map generating data (e). The prestarting work related output data include an exterior gardening drawing, an exterior cosmo line drawing, a demolition drawing, a plumbing drawing, a house guide map, and an estimation sheet. On-site information can be visually transferred, arrangements can be made among dealers with the common consciousness, work starting and shipping can be equalized, and the construction period can be shortened. |
