PURPOSE:To obtain the device which can cut and work a steel plate efficiently by providing a first half cut shear upper edge cutting approximately half width of the steel plate, a longitudinal cut shear upper edge cutting a section up to a nose, a second half cut shear upper edge, which can cut approximately the whole width, a crossfeed device for these edges, and lower edges corresponding to each shear upper edge. CONSTITUTION:Only one part of steel-plate width is cut by the half cut shear upper edge 11 in the steel plate 10 fed in standard size, and one of steel pieces 18 is cut down by the longitudinal cut shear upper edge 12 at the same position half-cut previously. One of steel pieces 19 is cut down by the half cut shear upper edge 13 as the steel plate 10 is left as it is fixed at the position. Both half cut shears 11, 13 are overlapped l1 partially at that time, and each steel plate 18, 19 cut down is discharged. Two of fan-shaped cores B constituting the radial core A can be manufactured by cutting the steel plate while the positions of each shear upper edge 11, 13 are moved at every fixed pitch in the width direction at every feed-in in standard size. |
