摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the position of a mobile station more accurately than a conventional system by obtaining a 1st arithmetic result through a 1st arithmetic operation, based on a phase difference of a received reference signal, and conducting an arithmetic operation through the use of the 1st arithmetic result to detect the position of the mobile station. SOLUTION: Phase detectors 14A-14C connected to detectors 13A-13C detect a delay time of each path with respect to a transmission timing of base stations 1-n, by applying correlation arithmetic operation to a pilot spread code and a received code. Weighting sections 15A-15C connected to the phase detectors 14A-14C weight data of a delay time of each path for selecting one path from among multi-path and obtain a mean value of the delay times of the paths and provide an output of it. The mean value data are sent to a PMC18. The PMC18 conducts an arithmetic operation to measure a position of a mobile station 11, based on the mean value data of the propagation time fed from each of the base stations 1 to n for estimating the position.
