摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device of a carried object that can improve a repetition accuracy and can be mounted inexpensively. SOLUTION: A detection device of a carried object is provided with a partition plate 1a at a position that passes the diameter of the tip part of an outer cylinder 1e and divides the tip part of the outer cylinder 1e into two portions. A plurality of light projection side fibers 2a are inserted into one of the tip part of the outer cylinder 1e and a plurality of light reception side fibers 32a are inserted into the other, thus constituting a separation-type fiber sensor 1 where a light projection part 2 and a light reception part 3 are separated. Also, by providing the partition plate 1a vertically in the transpiration direction of a lead frame 31 as a carried object, a detection range Z that is narrow in a carrying direction and is wide in the width wise direction of the lead frame 31 can be obtained. More specifically, a range where the detection position in the carrying direction scatters becomes narrow, thus accurately and securely detecting the carried object.</p>
