PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a personal access communication system that effectively utilizes SC by using bits of a CRC and a plurality of predetermined bits in the SC for a CRC when an FC is in use. SOLUTION: A 1st bit tentatively named an 'r-bit' is used to set a restoration request flag. A 2nd bit is set to logical '1' and used to prevent a time slot from indicating a bit pattern signifying an idle time slot, even if 6th to 3rd bits takes whaterer bit pattern. A 10-th bit tentatively named an 'f-bit$ is used to set signal contents of a FC and when the f-bit is set to logical 0, it denotes that the FC is in the middle of sending a UIC, and when the f-bit is set to logical 1, it indicates that the FC sends an MC-F. Ninth to third bits, the 7 bits names tentatively 'c-bits' are used as a part of a CRC.
