The circuit includes a control and supervision processor (SCU) for the processing and forwarding of incentives, which are submitted by superior units (EMOS) and/or peripheral units (PCU). The control and supervision processor comprises, beside at least one central processing unit (NEAD) for each connected peripheral unit (PCUCLL, PCUSNL, PCUEIPS1, PCUOA, PCUOIS4,...), at least one corresponding processing unit (CLL, SNL, EIPS1, OA, OIS4,...). The processing units are preferably formed modularly in the processor, and the peripheral units are connected over a distributor (V) to the processor.
