PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving device which can recognize the properties of respective IC cards on the receiving device side even when IC cards are connected to arbitrary card slots and make a change to connection order suitable for receiving. SOLUTION: The signal processor 1 consisting of a 1st device having ports 35, 37, 39, and 41 and 2nd devices 5, 7, 9, and 11 which can optionally be connected to the respective ports is provided with 1st selectors 25, 27, 29, and 31 which correspond to the respective ports and select input signals from at least all other ports as output signals to the ports and a 2nd selector 33 which selects input signals from at least all the ports as an output signal; and a property read part 43 reads the property information of the 2nd devices connected to the ports, a connection order decision part 45 decides connection priority levels according to the property information, and a selector control part 47 controls the selectors 25, 27, 29, 31, and 33 according to the decision result to make a daisy-chain connection based upon the priority levels. |
