发明名称 VARIABLE CAPACITY COMPRESSOR
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable accurate control of a varying area, by a method wherein a flow rate of a suction coolant is limited by a throttle valve, and a part of compression function is made incompetent through a differential pressure between coolant pressures on the upper stream and the down stream area of the valve and the energizing forces of different springs, and by the use of a means opening a bypass passage. CONSTITUTION:First, a throttle valve means 33 is actuated in response to the pressure of a feedback coolant to limit a flow rate of a suction coolant. Secondly, through utilization of a differential pressure between the coolant pressures on the upper stream and the downstream area of the throttle valve means 33 and the energizing forces of different springs 31F and 31R, front and rear spool valve means 29F and 29R are actuated at a staggered timing. A bypass passage formed by forming a bypass hole 27 and an escape hole 28 is orderly released to steppedly make a part of compression function related to front and rear cylinder bores 4F and 4R incompetent. Thirdly, based on a detecting instruction for a cooling load, the releasing mechanism for delivery valves 19F and 19R is actuated, and all of pressure capability related to the rear cylinder bore 4R is selectively made incompetent. Through accurate correlation with a cooling load produced by combination of the three compression capacity reducing elements, a wide-range varying area can be controlled.</p>
