PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of faces from the side of a diaper by providing a surface with fine recess/projection at a surface in contact with a human body and consisting of an absorptive fabric or nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: A core material 1 is constituted of a nonwoven fabric and a flocculent pulp 2 is arranged surrounding the material 1. A highly absorptive polymer 3 is scattered within the pulp 2, the entire pulp 2 is covered with a thin and soft paper 4 and a surface material 5 such as a polyethylene film is arranged outside of it. In addition, a side in contact with a human body is additionally covered with a surface material 6, which consists of a cotton fabric which consists of perforated material with absorptivity and fine recess/ projection, such as a cotton fabric consisting of cellulose fibers. This cotton fabric is formed in a density of 80 yarns/inch to 200 yarns/inch by the weaving yarns of yarn number count 20 to 90 and its absorptivity is made 10 to 30 cm by a vertically raising distance by JIS 1028, a method B Thus, the projecting of faces from a side is prevented. |
