PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically remove collecting bags hooked on a work blade and remaining matter of wastes after bags are torn. SOLUTION: A plurality of work blades 20 arranged at intervals from one another in the direction at right angles to the transportation direction are inserted in a plurality of slits 17a of a base plate 17, the tip blade parts 20a are positioned in the lower side of the base plate 17, and the base end sides are so supported in the upper side of the base plate 17 as to be freely movable in a vertical directions. Wastes W packed in bags and transported by an apron conveyor 1 are brought into contact with blade parts 20a of the respective work blades 20 to push and tear the collecting bags w2. The respective work blades 20 are moved upward by a swinging cylinder 29 to move the blade parts 20a to the respective slits 17a, so that the remaining matter hooked on the blade parts 20a can automatically be shaken down on the apron conveyor 1 by the rim parts of the respective slits 17a. |
