LIQUID EJECTION HEAD, MANUFACTURE THEREOF, HEAD CARTRIDGE, AND LIQUID EJECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly reliable liquid ejection head having stabilized election characteristics. SOLUTION: A recessed substrate 40 is formed by making a recess 40a having a bend 42 and a stripping layer 41 is formed on the recess 40a side surface. A movable member 6 is formed on the surface of the stripping layer 41. On the other hand, a bonding layer 44 is formed on the surface of an element substrate 1 arranged with a heating element 2. The movable member 6 and the bonding layer 44 are metal bonded by press fitting. Subsequently, the stripping layer 41 and the movable member 6 are stripped on the interface and the movable member 6 is transferred onto the bonding layer 44 of the element substrate 1 thus forming a basic body 43 for ejection head.
