PURPOSE:To obtain a good vibration, by contacting a piezoelectric element against a resilient member for supporting an upper base and transmitting the vibration of the piezoelectric vibration element through said resilient member to the upper base side. CONSTITUTION:The position of a piezoelectric vibration chip 8 is adjusted by a position adjusting bolt 7 so as to apply A.C. voltage across the piezoelectric vibration chip 8. Consequently, said chip 8 vibrates with frequency of A.C. voltage. Said vibration is amplified by means of springs 3, 4 and transmitted to an upper base 2 so as to vibrate a member, e.g. a trough 9, fixed to the upper base 2. Consequently, the vibration can be transmitted after being amplified through the resilient members 3, 4, thus producing a good vibration without requiring a special control circuit.
