摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal voltage generation circuit capable of generating both of fixed internal power for normal operation and high internal power for an acceleration test. SOLUTION: The proposed internal voltage generation circuit includes a constant voltage generation circuit 10 for generating a constant voltage independent of an external power supply; a comparator circuit 12 having 1st and 2nd input terminals N2, N3 and an output terminal N4, wherein the constant voltage is supplied to the 1st input terminal N2, and the voltages of the 1st and 2nd input terminals N2, N3 are compared to generate an output voltage corresponding to their voltage difference to the output terminal N4; and impedance elements Z1, Z2 to be selectively inserted between the output terminal N4 and the input terminal N3 of the comparator 12 in accordance with an operation mode. By inserting or not inserting a suitable impedance element between the 2nd input terminal N3 and the output terminal N4 in accordance with normal operation or an acceleration test, internal power having a fixed voltage for normal operation or having accurate high voltage for the acceleration test can be generated from the output terminal N4.</p>
