摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity on a screen and to provide excellent visibility by deviating the maximum emitted light intensity direction of a light emitting element from a direction perpendicular with a mounting surface. SOLUTION: By attaching a light emitting element inclination regulating component 8 by fitting each LED 6 into a long hole 12 on the light emitting element inclination regulating component 8, the light emitting element inclination regulating component 8 is arranged while deviating the LED 6 downward with respect to a light emitting element attaching substrate 7 in the state of covering each LED 6. Thus, a maximum emitted light intensity direction 9 of each LED 6 is directed downward by an angleθwith respect to a perpendicular L. This perpendicular L is the one to the light emitting element inclination regulating component 8 and the light emitting element attaching substrate 7 and it is preferable for the inclination between the maximum emitting light intensity direction 9 and the perpendicular L to be angleθof from 2 to 45 deg. in down ward direction. When this angleθis smaller than 2 deg., it is not preferable since a difference from conventional 0 deg. is a little and when this angle is larger than 45 deg., it is not preferable since the neck or the like is tired at the time of locking up the display for a long time.
