摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrences of stress due to volume expansion at the electrical charging of an element and an increase of inter-electrode distance due to volume shrinking at the time of an electric discharge by applying rubber elasticity at the time of contact with a battery electrolyte to the base material of a tape or sheet provided with an adhesive on at least one face to fix the battery element which is made of a laminated body of electrodes and a separator. SOLUTION: This adhesive tape or sheet is constituted of a base material such as olefin, fluorine or silicone rubber and an olefin adhesive stable against an electrolyte. The base material preferably has the strength of 1 Kgf/mm<2> or below at the time of elongation of 5%, after being kept in contact with a specific electrolyte and has the recovery factor of 90% or above, therefore it follows that the volume expansion and shrinkage at the time of the electric charge/discharge of a negative electrode active material. When the weight reduction factor due to the dissolution or decomposition of the base material after the contact with the electrolyte is set to below 20%, it is favorable for preventing characteristic deterioration. Normally, the winding end section of the spiral battery element made of a laminated body of sheet-like electrodes, and a separator is normally fixed by this adhesive tape.
