REMOVAL OF SUSPENDED DUST AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a suspended dust to fall forcibly and rapidly under various working environments with the help of a simple installation and also a floor surface to be rapidly cleaned to ameliorate the environments in a short time. SOLUTION: A water feed pump 4, a filter 6 and a high pressure pump 8 are stored in a casing 2. An atomizing pipe 12 is connected to the high pressure pump 8 through a pressure-resistant vinyl tube 10 and is arranged at a highly elevated spot of a working site. In addition, plural nozzles 14 are connected at an interval to the atomizing pipe 12 in its lengthwise direction in such a manner that the nozzles 14 are directed to both right and left sides. An artificial mist consisting of numerous 50μm or less micro particles of water is ejected from the plural nozzles 14 by turning a power supply ON and operating the device. Consequently, a suspended dust is forced to fall rapidly because the water microparticles adhere to the dust, and thus the suspended dust in the air is removed. The floor surface on which the artificial mist and the dust settle is also cleaned rapidly.
