<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an easily oxidizable substance for a long term inexpensively and efficiently by substituting inert gas for a specific ratio in a space volume formed between an envelope and a container. SOLUTION: When a container 3 receiving an easily oxidizable substance or a components 2 containing it is surrounded and sealed in a package 1, inert gas is substituted for 50% or more of an entire volume of an inner space 4 in the package 1. Thus partial pressure of oxygen in the inner space 4 decreases, whereby oxygen in a head space 5 in the container 3 permeates through the inner space 4. Further since partial pressure of oxygen in the head space 5 and the inner space 4 is low, dissolved oxygen in the easily oxidizable substance or the component 2 containing it also decreases. Thus oxidation by oxygen in the easily oxidizable substance due to a change with time can be suppressed, thereby holding the easily oxidizable substance stably for a long term in an inexpensive manner.</p> |
