PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix the slit of a corrugated tube which covers a wire harness W/H in a certain direction to form a straight line. SOLUTION: While one end of a flat plate member 12 is placed close to a wire harness W/H, a corrugated tube 1 which is opened along a slit 1a is put onto the wire harness W/H from the side opposite to the flat plate member 12 with respect to the wire harness W/H so as to hold the flat plate member 12 between both the slit edges 2a and 2b in the circumferential direction of the corrugated tube 1. After both ends 1b in the longitudinal direction of the corrugated tube 1 are wrapped with tapes T and fixed to the wiring harness W/H, the flat plate member 12 is made to retreat from a position close to the wiring harness.
