PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution line control system, which is capable of efficiently controlling the voltage distribution and reactive power distribution of a distribution line so that the power loss may be minimum. SOLUTION: In a distribution line control system, which controls the ripple width of the voltage of each high-voltage distribution line F1 and F2 of a distribution line to be settled in a set range, a central unit 1 generates the quantity of adjustment of the voltage value and the reactive power value in each local device 2 at random as an initial string, using a genetic, algorithm, and generates voltage and reactive power in each detection position, based on the quantity of adjustment of initial string, using a neutral network for performing tidal current computation, and computes the inverse number of an objective function value, and selects the string of plural quantities of adjustment larger than it, and executes the selective sifting-out processing, and decides the crossover at random from the selected string, and produces a sifted modified string anew, and performs mutation processing, performing the bit inversion within the string among the plural strings lower in adaptability than it from the group. |
