PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to improvement of maintainability at vehicle detaching, improvement of motional performance due to lowering of the centers of gravity of vehicles, reduction of the weight of the vehicles and wind noise by to the reduction of apparatuses provided on the roofs of the vehicles, in a power supply system composed of cables, etc., to vehicles. SOLUTION: The cable related parts of a power supply system (a special high voltage system) are arranged under the floors of vehicles. The cable related parts include through power cables 7, joints, and crossing cables 6 between vehicles, and it is advantageous to arrange the through cables 7 and the joints under the floors of the vehicles, and to arrange the crossing cables 6 below the floors between vehicles. It is preferable to put a cable head 4 to be attached to a pantograph 5 on the roof of a vehicle, and to connect this cable head 4 to high-voltage apparatus boxes 1 below the floors of the vehicles with through cables 7 and cable related parts, which are provided below the floors of the vehicles and connect these with joints 3. |
