PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of a communication line by enabling proper use of plural call incoming devices by a single piece of called party information, without restriction according to ability of connection, etc., by enabling the execution of originating and incoming calls from a call originating device by specifying one call incoming device from among the plural call incoming devices to be connected with the communication line to be originated by one piece of the called party information, regarding the call incoming device and the call originating device. SOLUTION: Ringing frequency to specify the present device is preset in a RAM 13, the ringing frequency is counted for an incoming call by call originating period for specifying a data communication equipment 10 by restricting response to the incoming call by a transmission and reception control part 15 by a CPU 11, when the counted ringing frequency matched with the ringing frequency in the RAM 13, the preset device is decided as the object of the incoming call and the transmission and reception control part 15 is made to respond with respect to the next incoming call by the data communication equipment 10 to control the incoming call by detecting the incoming call by the originating call by the called party by the transmission and reception control part 15 connected with a communication channel network N.
