PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially acquire data with high importance and to evade the need for rereading by reconnection as much as possible even if a line is disconnected in a communication. SOLUTION: In this data transfer device, when a connection task sends a data transfer instruction, a slot number SN(i) with high importance is selected from a connection table 11 and the slot number SN(i) is stored in a selected slot number storage part 14 (S11→S12). Then the data main body B(i) corresponding to the slot number SN(i) stored in the slot number storage part 14 is sent out of a communication control part 3 to a network 2 and transferred to a client (S13) and then the connection is removed (S14); and a return to the step S11 is made and a new data transfer request from a connection task is expected.
