PURPOSE: To provide production of pumpkin rice which expands the range to utilize pumpkin, improves feelings to eat as well while reinforcing vitamins, calcium and inorganic protein or the like which tend to lack because of unbalanced diet with heavy white rice orientation and can be remarkably contributed to nation's health improvement. CONSTITUTION: This method has a 1st process for washing a pumpkin and removing its peel, 12nd stage for wet crushing to the peeled pumpkin, 3rd stage for crushing cereals more than one kind into fine pieces, 4th process for applying the wet-crushed pumpkin provided through the 2nd process to these fine crushed pieces and sufficiently mixing them, 5th process for making that mixture a and performing mold-cutting into desired shape, and 6th process for drying the result provided through the 5th process so that its moisture content can be less than 10%. |
