PURPOSE:To obtain an onion food immersed in a seasoning solution, having excellent taste and texture and improved shelf stability. CONSTITUTION:Onions are removed from root parts and stem and leaf parts by cutting, peeled, washed, longitudinally cut along fiber texture uniformly into 2-16 parts and immersed in a seasoning solution containing an acidic seasoning and a sweetener to give the objective onion food immersed in the seasoning solution. |
